Ordered the 12 pieces. Seller sent me 5 individual tracking numbers since Amazon only provides one. Items arrived via fedex several business days ahead of Amazon estimates. Everything in good condition and left on my driveway. I'm impressed by the packaging and organization of the parts. Every bit of box space was used efficiently. All parts accounted for. I, 40 year old female, unboxed, organized, broke down original cases, and put it together by myself over the course of 8 hours with a few breaks and a lot of kids and pets walking over all my parts. I used only the tools provided with the tool kit and while it took a while they were sufficient for the job. I chose these to use inside as were an autism household and kid soaks our furniture with water play. I'm very pleased that this furniture gives off no chemical scent and has normal couch dimensions so my over 6 foot spouse can comfortably enjoy the set. My favorite part is the foot stool and chair. I expected the chair cushions to be smaller based on item image with dimensions but they are comparable to the regular couch seats in size and the comfy stool makes them awesome. The tables look great too. Thank you.This is really beautiful set. Unlike other furniture like this, this is actually made for adults! Comfortable and beautiful! Great buy for the money!I really like the size and sturdiness of the couch. I specifically picked this set because it had arms (not open ended) and the table had a slat top, not tempered glass. The arms make the couch more sturdy in my opinion and the cushions don’t slide off. I gave the set four stars because assembly took about 5 hours. There was one part that was mislabeled so at first I appeared to have an extra piece and be misssing one piece. I was able to figure out that it was just mislabeled and I had the pieces I needed but could have done without the confusion. Also, I like that the couch has feet but I’m not too impressed with the cheapish chrome covering and the difficult blue tape covering the chrome. I would have like the legs to be plain black or brown. Also, the directions are a little strange to me, they list the wrenches in the equipment pieces needed (for each step) and seem to not list if you should be using washers with every screw. Overall, I like the couch & table just not the assembly.Not easy to put together , well not hard but very time consuming !!!Good value for the money cushions are a little soft and you sink into them shipping was my only complaint five boxes showed up within eight days of each other for the cost of shipping shouldn’t have to wait that long other than that would recommend they were great to deal with on shipping got it to me after it was lostPros:-It is a normal size (not like others who make small yard furniture that is sized for children)-Best bang for your buck-Excellent customer support-Backseat pillows are thicker/comfortable (I like cheaper alternatives that make your back hurt)-Looks good and seems sturdy-Food instructions for assemblyCons:-Lots of pieces to put together (you will encountered this with all unassembled patio furniture)-Seat cushions pool water (when it rains, water collects in the center of the cushions)--THIS CAN BE ENTIRELY AVOIDED, if you lean the cushions at an angle or store them when not in useOverall this is an incredible furniture set that you will not find anywhere else for this price.These were easy to put together and look really nice. I feel the frames could be stronger, but for the price it’s good.I had some issues with the shipments. One box was the wrong color, but the company quickly remedied that with no issues. The fourth box arrived damaged and taped up, obviously happened during shipment. There were missing pieces and others were broken. The company again came through and sent a whole new box. I’m very pleased with the product and the customer service.Cushions are thin, they will flatten out soon; replacement cushions will probably be needed within a year. Overall love it! Drill with 6mm hex attachment recommended, it will save you time! Would buy it again!
