Not too crazy about straps as a base for the cushions they stretch pretty quickly however I had a wood piece cut to put under the cushion to ease that issueThis is a decent set, but I can't say I'd purchase it again.You'll more than likely need additional screws, as the ones included are too short. You may need a utility knife to trim the "rattan" that covers the screw holes in some areas as well. A drill with a hex bit was easier to use than the Allen wrench that it comes with.I purchased the "white" colorway but the cushions I received look more like cheap, old, yellowed plastic fabric.It does seem quite sturdy after assembly and is comfortable to sit in.TBH, I would consider returning it if it wasn't such a pain to disassemble and box back up.Once it was assembled it feels sturdy and mostly comfortable. It looks nice.The cons: I wish the back was a little higher. You can't sit on it without the cushions.Assembly: The screws are hard to tell a part. I lined them all up and separated by size. But there are extras and they are not listed by size, as I assumed, in the instructions.The pros: And the main reason I selected this set. They say it will hold greater than 250 pounds. Most do not.Tip: If you want to lay your head back, turn the back cushion sideways.Sturdier than I expected for the price and the cushions are thicker than I expected. The only issue I've seen is when sitting in the chairs the cushions tend to go down between the edge of the chair and the support strap that makes the seat. It would have been good if a support strap was at the very edge of the front and back of the seat to prevent this from happening. The same goes for the ottomans. It's a slight annoyance, but I still love the set!The instructions weren't the best, but it's very easy to figure out.We had an issue with the holes not lining up on one of the chairs so I reached out to the seller. The customer service was top-notch! They immediately sent me a replacement chair and those holes lined up perfectly!It is stylish and beautiful, made with quality materials, sturdy and waterproof.. And it's not that hard to put together. It took me (female- 65) about 3 hours total- that includes unpacking and laying everything out. Now, if you've never put anything together before, I don't suggest you start with this, but I grew up on Sauder furniture so it was not hard for me. The instructions are in diagram only, no printed text. Everything is pretty clear except screw sizes and with a little patience I was able to sort them out. I also tightened up every screw with a big wrench after assembly. Couldn't get them tight enough with that tiny thing they include.For the money, the quality and the satisfaction of building it myself, I'd give this set more stars if I could. I can't find a single flaw.The straps that hold the seat up are very stretchy. The seats can sag after sitting for a while.I love the color of wicker and cushion...However, I used for the first time and after sitting on them for a few minutes, the cushion starts sagging through the plastic supports. I weigh 130lbs. The pictures here are just me pushing with my hand. Unfortunately, window if return has past and I cannot use them unless I take them to have solid piece installed or keep from sinking. For $314 the seat should be able to hold the weight it claims.Love it. Instructions were terrible
