It took about four hours for me to put this together, relaxing on the deck with my dogs. It's the first furniture I've ever put together that did not have those annoying little cog things. The materials were high quality and this is a good furniture set. (I added the colorful pillows, but it looks really good without them.) I chose the blue because I thought it would still look good if it fades. I wanted a piece I could sunbathe on or entertain my friends at, and this set does both those things! It arrived in four boxes and over about three days. The instructions and tools were in one of the four boxes. Everything was there and the instructions were easy to follow. I usually mess something up or have left over parts -- not this time!
