This Kitchen Table Set comes in 4 boxes. One box for the table top, one for the pedestal and 2 boxes for the chairs.
Very nice and the perfect size for my small dining area. A couple of things to note about assembly:1. Alignment is everything - don't try to force it2. On the chairs, the seat attaches to the back with 4 long bolts and 2 short bolts. The instructions say to use the long bolts first, which is not a problem. But after tightening the short bolts, go back and re-tighten the long bolts; they have a tendency to become looser as the seat settles into its place.3. I would recommend checking all the bolts from time to time, especially if the chair starts to feel wobbly.I'm very impressed with the quality of workmanship for this money. Assembly was very easy, and I'm a 70+ year old small lady with arthritis.
