Very comfortable. Looks nice. There are some holes in the chair sides that let water in the frame. some of the rubber plugs on the bottom round of the chairs broke off so rusty water ran out and stained our outdoor rug.I was excited to get this product and when I opened it, I was happy at first with what I got. Then I found that there were pieces broken off of one round plastic piece. I always try to salvage things rather than throwing away, so I super glued it back on and hope it will be fine. Then I had to remove screws to adjust a piece since I wanted the cord on the left side instead of the right; one of the screws did not want to come loose and so got stripped. I was able to drill it out and I'm sure can make due with only 2 screws for it. I have yet to install so can't say past what I have shared. I seems like it will install easily enough - I just hope it lasts, given what I have seen so far!This set is really nice I love it on my deck. Item arrived a bit damaged but seller was a pleasure to deal with.Very happy with my purchase! Ended up purchasing more.Trying to get a replacement part now. No way to replace a part. It will only allow me to return the whole item
