Packing was nice. A few of the pieces had straps that had come loose in shipping. Assembly took quite a while. We bought the 15 piece, and instructions not well written, and some pieces fit together better than others. I would allow up to an hour PER PIECE for assembly. The first piece in each type of course took the longest, then others were quicker, assuming no issues, which a few had.Back cushions are small, and not the most comfortable. They also tie into place, so setting up and taking down is a pain. Also, the pieces don't really align consistently. For example, in a 3 piece sofa, 2 pieces may line up exactly, with the third noticeably off. Cushions hide most of this.Just have had a month, so unsure on durability. My biggest concern is the woven straps breaking and coming loose.With all of this said, no regrets about the purchase. We were looking at other sets for 3x the money, and honestly we weren't sure how often we would use the fire table. If we end up using, we can always upgrade to nicer furniture. If not, then we have only spent $2000, instead of $7000 - $10,000.Please don't think this compares to more expensive sets at Costco, Frontgate, etc - it does not, however for the price point, I feel it is a fair value.
