Whoooooie! This was NOT easy to assemble. Like the others said, the holes were not well-aligned. And even the holes that were well aligned, we had to cut and grind pieces of the plastic "rattan" away they were blocking the holes. We even followed peoples' advice from other postings where this identical product is being sold to avoid tightening the screws until the end. It's definitely good advice - it would be impossible otherwise. But it's still really hard to put this together because of quality control issues.HOWEVER, after the hours we spent putting 2 sets of these together, we ended up with a product that's pretty decent for the price.This is a cute set for a small area . It was not easy to assemble because the screw holes didn’t line up together . Some of the holes we never could get a screw in . I worry about people sitting in the chairs , if they will hold the weight of people . After finally getting them assembled , the leg on the front of the chair is a lot shorter than the others . When you sit in it the leg wobbles back and forth .I can see why it was an inexpensive set .The assembly for these chairs is ridiculous! The holes did not line up for the screws to go through and the plastic wicker stuff was over some of the holes. We had to drill holes to make it work! Once together, the chairs and table look fine. The seat cushions are almost a slippery material so that will be nice for repelling water. Oh and the box had an 8”x8” hole in the side of it upon arrival. Thankfully the cushions were wrapped in plastic so nothing got dirty or damaged.Very difficult to assemble. Everything is poorly aligned, ending with wobbly chairs. One chair, second assembled), had metal which I had to cut with a metal saw. (See the pic). It was impossible not to damage the chair.As for comfort and value, given the problems in assembling, I have to say it’s not a good deal.The chair has standard guide holes and screw holes for easy assembly, except not all of the guide holes were drilled and one was not aligned properly. I ended up having to drill a hole in the leg of the chair where a guide hole was supposed to be so the screw could go through and secure the leg to the back of the chair. Another guide hole and screw hole were not aligned properly and I had to drill a different hole at an angle to make it work. Also, once it was put together the legs were not even, so the chairs wobble back and forth. I would not recommend buying this product if you're expecting easy assembly. I wouldn't purchase this product again.Arrived early, the instructions are difficult to understand, but you have to pay attention to each step to be able to assemble it without any problem and yes it is very pretty for the price.Pretty easy to assemble! A few of the holes didn’t line up how they were supposed to but I made it work! Overall, very cute and simple!I have assembled a lot of items, and even have some carpentry on my resumé, but for some reason the sockets don’t line up on this particular item and it makes it a hassle to construct and now I’m missing screws in a few locations and it effects the chairs stability and integrity. The chair is low quality for the price and I am disappointed, I do not plan on returning it because the process to return items right now is a huge hassle and takes at least a fortnight.
