Before writing a review, I wanted to have this sectional for a few months so that I could give a good honest review. I looked for quite a while for the right color, price and size for the area we were planning to put the sectional. I was hesitant at first when I purchased this sectional, because there were not too many reviews on it, but after researching for a long time with other companies, I decided to move forward with this purchase.For the price, you really can't go wrong. This is a 9 piece sectional. The cushions are very durable and comfortable which was very important to me since we have a small dog that likes to cuddle with us, a child, lots of parties and ect...We have received MANY compliments about the sectional, and granted a few people have said it is a small in size, but for us, it is perfect. (This is not indoor furniture where you may want larger furniture.)One bit of an issue, is at times is when you are sitting on it, the back cushions have a tenancy to fall forward. For me, I may try velcro or something to prevent that from happening, but all in all for us, it is not a big deal.When the furniture first arrived, my husband and I started putting it together, and yes as in a previous review, one of the L shape footings was broken. I took a picture of it and I contacted the company, sent them the picture of the broken footing and they were apologetic and said they would send out a new footing. They did they inform us that it may take a couple of weeks before we would receive the replacement, which it did. In the meantime, we were able to superglue the broken piece and it worked just fine.All in all, I am VERY happy with my purchase. You really can't beat this price for what you get, and I have loved this separate sectional seating area for our patio.This is pretty much what we expected. It's not the most durable furniture we own, but then again we will mostly only be using this in the summer. It's economically priced Chinese wicker furniture. It sits under our covered patio and has become the conversation pit after most of the party is over, with but a few friends are still hanging around having too much fun to want to go home. The assembly instructions are next to useless, but if you match up the screw holes you can figure it out. Beautirox, the handler for this furniture went above and beyond to make sure we got our items as quickly as possible. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a seller pay attention and take care of their customers. These guys are great. If you are looking for a patio conversation pit, look no further, you have found it.I really love this sectional. I had a vision for our back deck and this sectional made that vision come to life. It came in 4 boxes. 3 boxes came one day and the 4th came the next. I reached out to the seller to confirm how many boxes and they got back to me within a few hours! Impressive!I built this set in our house over the course of a few days and just watched TV while I built it - so not entirely sure how long it took. I can build Legos and IKEA furniture so I wasn’t intimidated by the instructions at all.Some folks mentioned how low the back is. I’m 6 foot and my spouse is 6’4, we just lounge on it so it’s not an issue for us.We found some cute throw pillows at a local store that also compliment the sectional.I spent a lot of time looking at options before purchasing this. I wanted a good price, tables/ottomans, certain size/configuration, waterproof, good padding, tight weave on the fabric, color. Probably all the things you are looking at. It is hard to know exactly when you're buying online and it seems like so many are sketch. Well, as you can see by my review this one EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. My son put it together (he is 16), the color is beautiful, it is comfortable, high quality, water beads up. And even better, the customer service was excellent. After I got my sofa, I realized that I had too much furniture and wanted to return 2 pieces. There was absolutely no problem and they were super helpful, you know, just like customer service should be but often isn't. You can buy this and feel totally sure you're going to get something good. I also bought a cover to go w/this for winter/rain. I am keeping the cushions inside too for winter.Easy installation. Some pieces had incorrect letter; however, just look at the diagram and you can figure out which piece it should be. I've configured and re-configured mine in more than one way until I have a layout that works. Love the versatility of the configurations! Cushions are super soft; but, they aren't hard, either. They are comfortable, thought.Ordered for my son. Easy to put together. Good quality. Holding up nicelyEasy to put together. Great quality.
