The product is great. I have had it for 2 years now. It took about 2 hours to assemble all the components. The family loves it. It is pretty much in full sun and no issues with fading, but I do keep it covered when not in use. Which brings me to the next point. There were some questions about water collecting on the cover. I keep a cheap bouncy ball under the cover so that there is a high pint in the middle. This keeps the water from ponding/collecting. I do have an issue with the cover. The weave has opened up and some water passes through, allowing the cushions to get wet during heavy storms. I am currently searching for a new cover. If Solaura sells a replacement, I plan to spray with UV protectant to hopefully extend the life a bit.Outdoor furniture set arrived on time in 3 boxes - husband assembled in 2 hours or so . Quality and color is nice however we are disappointed in the size and scale of the set . If you are over 5’6” tall DO Not Purchase - it’s is very low in the back and seat depth is small . I am 5’6” tall and the height of the sofa back hits me below my shoulder . Not really comfortable . Understand full dimensions were given on description but it is hard to visualize size .I love this couch set and look forward to enjoying time relaxing in my backyard. The only downfall of it is I feel that it sits to low to the ground and assembly is a nightmare. I recommend waiting to get all 3 boxes before opening. Open box 1 assemble its contents before opening box 2 and 3. The assembly instructions are difficult to understand and none of the pieces are labled. Sooo if you like nice furniture and putting jigsaw puzzles together then this is the set for you.We searched and searched for the perfect patio furniture and finally found the perfect set. Over the years we've owned several kinds of patio furniture, but none have given us as much pleasure as this set.The furniture is beautiful and designed in such a way that the pieces can be arranged and rearranged in many ways. Because of our extensive shopping, we didn’t find anything as nice and what we did find cost several hundred even a thousand dollars more.My wife put it together by herself in less than an hour thanks to good packing and clear instructions. After a spill, we contacted the company through the link here on Amazon and they responded immediately AND followed up a few days later to make sure everything was OK.The world would be a happier place if every company produced such excellent products at such an excellent price and provided such excellent customer service.,I’m very happy with the set. The size is perfect for our small indoor patio. The height doesn’t come above where the windows begin. It’s comfortable enough, but the seat is narrow with the back cushions in place. The ottoman, which serves as the chaise makes it very cozy to lounge on. The measurements for all the sets I looked at online were basically the same for this type of furniture so no surprise here.It was easy to put together. Just follow the pictures, have patience, and don’t completely tighten the screws until you have all of them in place.The color is perfect. A good mixture of soft gray and taupe. The cushions were packed very tightly within the frame so be careful getting them out. The lines are slowly disappearing. I like that the arms are flat and can hold a drink!I have such mixed feeling about this. It is quite comfortable, fairly easy to assemble and it seems sturdy.My qualms. We forgot to cover it while we were away one weekend (which it’s kind of a hassle to cover in the first place) but besides that, it got soaked, which is understandable but it took DAYSSS to dry. We rung out what we could and had it blasting in the sun for 3 days before it dried. The back pillows don’t seem to stay in place very easily either. I would probably buy it again, just for how cheap it is but I’m a little indifferent about it.Great value so far. Assembly took me about 3 hours. Tips for assembly. If you have a screw driver style hex driver; it makes it semi painless. Kit come with a 1/4 inch ratchet and bit which was nice to see it included. Set comes in 3 boxes. Open box 1 first and assembly in order. The bolt and washer packages are not marked for sizes but they are all the exact same thread size and length. All the kits comes with the exact number of bolts and washers with no extras so don’t loose any. Also comes with a cover which was a nice bonus along with the ratchet. Packaging was nice and orderly. Color and finish are good as well. Happy so far.Loved it.Quite annoying to assemble it took some time for sure, but all the tools come with it! That is a plus!I wish that the cushions were all waterproof, it comes with a waterproof cover but the cushions do get wet if it rains.Over all I liked this set, the colors are true to the way the picture looks, I received it quickly, it came in two boxes on separate days
