First of all, the patio set arrived several days ahead of schedule. The fire pit, a few days later.Secondly, it was insanely well packed! Next is the assembly…It took me about a day+ to put everything together. That’s including my moving very slowly due to foot surgery the week prior. Here’s a tip for assembly; use a 1/4” drive, 10mm socket and/or a 10mm ratcheting wrench when tightening the bolts. Either will work equally well.Next is the fact that there are extra parts supplied in each hardware packet, and each hardware packet is labeled for each section of furniture.Each piece of furniture is rock-solid, and the adjustable feet on each corner of each section are wonderful, as our pool/spa patio is rather large and has continuous deck drains. The feet can be adjusted to accommodate for the gentle sloping of the concrete towards those drains.Comfort… I’m a big guy…6’2”, 240 lbs. I was concerned that, since I couldn’t first sit an a sample section of this set, that it wouldn’t be what I really felt comfortable on. I was very, very happy to find it extremely comfortable! And with the 8” wide arm sections, they’re wide enough to accommodate a plate and a big, cold drink.The cushions are plenty soft, yet just firm enough.Although there is a not a cover for the furniture provided with this set, we opted to purchase one. It may only get used from time to time, but it’s nice to have on hand.Finally, the fire pit/table. It is very, very nice. Once again, the assembly was simple and straight forward. The glass wind guard is a great addition and the table height is perfect for dining.The set we purchased was the 13 piece in navy blue. All we need to add now is some accent throw pillows and some blue glass to the fire pit.I highly recommend this patio set to anyone that’s looking for a comfortable, attractive and fair-priced addition to their home!P.S. Although the cushion covers are “water repellent”, I opted to use StarBrite’s Water-based Waterproofing on the covers. I applied it using a 1 gal. pump sprayer. They are now completely waterproof. I HIGHLY recommend doing this!Package comes in multiple boxes and may arrive on different days, so don’t panic like I did. Hubby said it was easy enough to assemble, and you really can’t beat the quality for the price. Cushions aren’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t expect high end for the price. Seems sturdy and I love all the ways you can mix and match pieces to make different seating areas. Fire pit is great as well. Seller was very responsive and helpful to my inquiries.Great purchase. Pretty easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Had a few issues with the fire table but the seller was quick to respond and rectify the situation.When my product didn’t arrive at the same time I was concerned. When I contacted the company they got back to me immediately with tracking numbers and everything arrive the next day like they said. It is a beautiful set and I would order from them again.Everything arrived sooner than expected. The box was a bit dinged from shipping, but the set was unharmed because of the seller's careful packaging. I was able to set up everything within a couple hours all by myself. Bright, beautiful, no warping or broken canes AND there are replacement canes included with instructions on how to make repairs to them as needed. Wow! That was unexpected and very appreciated. Note that some of the cushions were so compressed that they remained hard and almost vacuum sealed for more than 24 hours. Don't give up!!! They will eventually puff up. I was so scared that I would have to try replacing two of the seat cushions, but by morning part of them had puffed and by the following day they were all perfect and soft. Very comfortable and high-end looking. Such a great purchase! Cheaper than anything I found at Lowes and I didn't have to try hauling boxes myself. Seriously, buy this. Don't believe the Karen reviews. Worth every penny.We assembled this set a few months ago and have been very happy with it. The fire pit looks great and works really well. The cushions are comfortable enough, and I like that they zip off to be washed. Our set is under a gazebo, and we haven't experienced any sun fading. The rattan is wearing a little on one corner, which I am keeping my eye on for now.This set is perfect on my patio! The set is constructed of sturdy, weatherproof wicker. The detailed instructions made It easy to assemble.The customer service was EXCELLENT! I was concerned when on the Amazon order page, it showed that it had been delivered. I reached out to the seller to let them know that I had not received all the pieces. Within 24 hours, the seller responded and informed me that the remaining 3 boxes were being delivered the next day. Obviously, an Amazon issue. There was a damaged piece. Once again, I reached out to the seller. Again, within 24 hours, the seller responded that a new piece had been shipped.I gave the comfort a 4 star because of the back pillow. It is soft and not supportive. Fortunately, the cover fits perfectly over a standard sized bed pillow. I remedied the product by purchasing some inexpensive, extra firm, pillows.This patio set checked all of the boxes for what we were looking for in a patio set. It provides ample seating for entertaining guests, has an attractive look, is competitively priced, and included the style of fire table that we were looking for. The shipping company, Duke, was an absolute pleasure to work with and held the set for me until I finished my deck renovation, which was delayed. Would highly recommend purchasing if you are in the market for one!
