I was looking for a a patio chair set and found this one with very favorable initial reviews. Trouble started from the beginning after ordering as the chairs arrived immediately but the table required nearly two weeks to arrive due to "shipping issues." I was reassured by customer service several times that the table was on its way. Being charged for the entire set and having only chairs for two weeks wasn't very comforting. The set, when it finally all arrived, turned out to be a bad choice. The hardware on the chairs is now rusting after 1 week and after contacting customer service they said that this is normal since it's raining outside. I have another patio set for about 3 years now and there's no rust to be seen anywhere on the set. Instead of saying that their product is defective and sending me the refund or replacements for the chairs they suggested to place oil or paint the nuts/bolts of the chairs. How do you paint nuts and bolts that are already rusted or oil a already rusted bolt? So much for the 1 year warranty on the set. The table also arrived damaged with small dents in the top. After all this, they offered me a small partial refund on the set which is a small consolation given the trouble this has caused. I would've packed up the set and sent it back, but it's a giant hassle to repackage everything and lug to the UPS shipping center (besides it doesn't even fit in my car). I hope this review helps other potential buyers.As the product itself feels like cheap construction as one might expect at this price point. Chairs are reasonably comfortable and light however which is one of the only redeeming qualities about the set.** UPDATE** Other reviewers of other similar sets are experiencing early rusting issues as well.* Update 2* Customer service is pretty good and gave me some options for returning/refunding so I up to 3 stars from 1.Buyer beware!I wasn’t able to lift the pieces to assemble it, but my grandson did it easily. I’m glad it’s heavy so the wind won’t move it. The chairs are adjustable by lifting up both arms at the same time. This makes folding them awkward, but it’s fine if you’re leaving them set up most of the time.Great product especially for the price. Arrived a week earlier than the schedule date, took 20 mins to assemble alone, no assembly needed for the chairs, feels sturdy, has a space for an umbrella, chair seem weatherproof and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the chairs seem a little short for the table when everything is on the grass. My grassy area is not sloped at all. But some nice chair pads could easily solve that. Great product all around.Well, as other reviewers have mentioned the chair bolts are already beginning to rust. I’ve had this set for less than two weeks and did buy a cover for the set. But I doubt this will last long if after one rain things are rusting.Great table for the cost! Looks very nice and the chairs are comfortable and easily adjustable! You just have to be sitting down to adjust them properly. The chairs are pretty light so we will probably bring them inside if winds get strong, but the table is sturdy and i doubt a storm could move it.I love this table. I also loved the chairs, but I only received two out of the six chairs... The set is a great product. But I did not get the complete set. I had to rate it only 3 out of 6.Nice table. HOT in the summer sun.We don't have the chairs up right now, this is just the table but we love set. Very easy to put up and take down if you need extra space. If you're looking for something easy to put together and nice and comfortable, this is a good selection.
