I was looking for an outside sectional for my deck. Most were in the $3000 range. I saw this set but was hesitant as the shipping cost was high and if I didn’t like it, it would cost a fortune to return it. But then I read the reviews on how the customer service was excellent so I decided to pull the trigger. I was sent several messages from the seller telling me how many boxes would ship and at what times. They also sent links to videos that were very helpful in assembling the product. The included Allen wrench was a little cumbersome but I had a screwdriver with the correct attachment and that made it a breeze to put together. They also followed up to make sure I was pleased with the purchase. I couldn’t be happier! It is sturdy, comfortable and the Customer service is outstanding!
