OVERALL:I gave it 4 stars because the furniture suits my needs. See below for some important cons:THE CHAIRS:I'm very happy with the product. The chairs are low, but I prefer low-set furniture for the balcony (more privacy).We added lounge pillows for some back support, and the chairs are super comfy. I'm not a big person, so I can even sit cross-legged, which is nice.THE TABLE:... The glass does not suction in place and can easily tilt out of its place. Not sure if this is because the underside of the glass was too "dusty"(from the tempered look) or if the suctions are old and dry. Probably a combination of both... be careful with it. Mine is not child- or pet-safe. I don't know if they all come that way.ASSEMBLY:It was easy to figure out which parts went where, but the actual assembly process was not that easy (As in, getting all the screws in was a challenge. There's some minor wonkiness with the alignment). That wonkiness makes the legs uneven for the finished chairs/table. BUT if you just use your weight, you can brute force the chairs to sit evenly on the floor AFTER they've been assembled. Seems there's some inherent flexibility with the material and the way they are made. (Note: I regularly assemble IKEA furniture and have never run into these problems before). Oh, and one of the bands on the chair came snapped. It's on the underside so I just taped it. <--I doubt other people will have to worry about this.CONCLUSION:SO WHY 4 STARS??? Because you get three pieces of furniture for a low price. It is what you pay for. I use the table and chairs every day without issue.EXTREMELY difficult to assemble. I assemble furniture all the time (beds, tables, chairs, couches, you name it) and this is one difficult product to assemble. We were only able to finish one chair. The other chair and table piece could not be built. We will be asking for replacements to try again.1) the screws don't fit and are extremely difficult to screw in2) the pieces of the chair and table do not fit well. If you put one screw in (not fully), the other side does not match up at all.3) some screw holes are partially blocked by the material of the chair4) some screw holes had metal pieces from the chair sticking out that was not removed while making the holes and we had to break them ourselves5) spent hours re-trying multiple times and still couldn't get the screws matched for one chair and tableOnly reason why it isn't a 1 star is because the overall design is not bad. Otherwise, they need to be made betterThey look nice.1) Tricky to assemble because many of the screw holes were covered by the wicker, not by much just enough to be troublesome2 They are lounge height not dining height. They are low to the ground. but not noticeable at first I have them on my front porch.3) The cushions are thinOverall a good purchase for the money.The ensemble was impossible to assemble because holes and bolts do not match plus there were missing bolts! It would never be sturdy because some holes would not line up so the legs would never stay attached for long. Thankfully I got a refund because it was not worth the money paid!The chairs are nice-looking, but SO short. I was trying to find a set that would be on the larger end compared to many on amazon that were so narrow. I suppose I didn’t look as closely at the description for seat height as I was for width. These sit low like beach chairs. I am only 5’4”, so this might be my first ever comment about something being too short. They are lovely and well made for the price. The set is a gift for my 6’3” son and his girlfriend of 6’ for their new apartment balcony. We’ll see tomorrow morning if these will need to be returned...De verdad en la Foto se ven diferente. Tuvimos problemas para ensamblarlos porque uno de los orificios donde iba un tornillo, no estaba. Íbamos a devolverlo, pero un familiar al final logro armarlo.Pero están lindos.I have NEVER in my life seen any chairs as low as these, that's supposed to be for adults. I didn't open the box until after the return period had expired! :-( I decided these size chairs would work for my 8 and 10 year old grandchildren. I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED!They're fine but I wish they were bigger, that size was an option prior to purchase. I'm not all that big, either.
