I was looking for a a patio chair set and found this one with very favorable initial reviews. Trouble started from the beginning after ordering as the chairs arrived immediately but the table required nearly two weeks to arrive due to "shipping issues." I was reassured by customer service several times that the table was on its way. Being charged for the entire set and having only chairs for two weeks wasn't very comforting. The set, when it finally all arrived, turned out to be a bad choice. The hardware on the chairs is now rusting after 1 week and after contacting customer service they said that this is normal since it's raining outside. I have another patio set for about 3 years now and there's no rust to be seen anywhere on the set. Instead of saying that their product is defective and sending me the refund or replacements for the chairs they suggested to place oil or paint the nuts/bolts of the chairs. How do you paint nuts and bolts that are already rusted or oil a already rusted bolt? So much for the 1 year warranty on the set. The table also arrived damaged with small dents in the top. After all this, they offered me a small partial refund on the set which is a small consolation given the trouble this has caused. I would've packed up the set and sent it back, but it's a giant hassle to repackage everything and lug to the UPS shipping center (besides it doesn't even fit in my car). I hope this review helps other potential buyers.As the product itself feels like cheap construction as one might expect at this price point. Chairs are reasonably comfortable and light however which is one of the only redeeming qualities about the set.** UPDATE** Other reviewers of other similar sets are experiencing early rusting issues as well.* Update 2* Customer service is pretty good and gave me some options for returning/refunding so I up to 3 stars from 1.Buyer beware!
