We bought this cover just over a year ago and was doing great until this year we realized how brittle it was after some sun and rain in socal. Now it is ripping and ready to rip wherever a corner of the furniture touches because it's brittle. We tried contacting the vendor through amazon since there's no direct contact info...we'll see if they respond. Our previous one from another brand lasted over 5 years so we may have to go back to that if they don't come through with the warranty.*Update: The vendor has responded to this issue and has since given me a full refund for the item. I'll update my review since the customer service was very good, prompt and courteous. Hopefully the cover works for others, but at least you know the company will back it up.
