Initially, we were pleased with the sectional- not bad for the price. But now, months later, the rattan is crumbling and falling apart on all but two pieces (but those are on their way) to the point that there are gaping holes in it. Not only is this entire sectional that was almost $1k completely ruined, dilapidated, and unsightly, It is unsafe to use.I contacted the manufacturer and included photos. They said they aren't willing to make it right, even though it hasn't been that long of a timeframe.We expected this product to hold up for several years, especially since the manufacturer listing states that the furniture can withstand hot temperatures. We have patio umbrellas and constant partial shade, plus we keep our cushions stored when not in use. In other words, we've taken care of this product.The ad's pictures and descriptions are enticing- do not be fooled like we were unless you want something that will last for about a year before the rattan exterior shrivels into pieces and its manufacturer promptly responds, only to tell you too bad, so sad. They don't stand by their awful product. Buyer beware!This is a great entertainment/lounge piece. We have enjoyed many evenings on the patio since getting this set. Looks great and love the teal cushions. My only complaint (which really isn't a complaint but a suggestion for future pieces) is that there is no way to attach the cushions to the structure. We live in an area where high winds are common, also depending on how you arrange the piece the seat cushion without an armrest slides off the end which is annoying when trying to nap. In the future I may look into purchasing an end piece with an armrest in order to fix the slide. For the price; I would highly recommend this piece. Structure is durable. This piece is comfortable for sitting and napping :-)Beautiful color just like the photo and all five boxes arrived by the delivery date Amazon provided. You may get three boxes one day, another the next, and the last one a week later. Just be on the lookout for the five boxes. Also, the first four boxes each had a label "1/4," "2/4," "3/4, and "4/4" (as displayed in the photo I provided) so that caused me to think I was receiving the 7 piece sectional by mistake until the last box arrived the following week.I am in love with this sectional! For the price, you can’t beat the quality! It took about 2-3 hours to put together all 9 pieces, with 3 people. The sectional does slide around even with the clips in place, but we used zip ties underneath and it’s much more sturdy! We love how it turned out!the cushions are a bit light weight, so the wind blows them off, but I've got velcro, so I'l live! Great quality. Great price. Blue color is beautiful and vibrant . Exactly what I was looking for.
