It comes in 3 boxes. One box has all the hardware so you cannot start until that box arrives.I think it was a total of 6 hours to put together but there is 7 pieces total. Grateful there was a ratchet tool included, made the process easier.My one complaint is the connector piece, it is very difficult to put 2 pieces together underneath.It looks amazing, we are very happy. We didn't use it in the U shape so the wicker isn't all facing the same way but that is a small mention.No issues with feet, it would have been easier if the pieces were labeled on the hardware pack they come in. I put each type into separate bowls and went to work.The cushions are comfortable and thick. The arms aren't wide enough to place a drink but we have the table for that.It is a great value for the money and I feel confident it will last. The cushions are zippered and can be washed. Some have ties to secure them to the wicker.I chose this set for the price and color.
