Customer service worked with me to replace table to my satisfaction. Really love my patio set. The chairs require assembling so follow the instructions step by step. For instance do not tighten the screws before they are all in or you may have to loosen up again. Save yourself the pain. Once you assemble the first one the rest will come easier. Take the time to assemble them and you’ll love your set.It went together easily. We like look of it and hope it holds up. Our last table and chairs from sears held up for over 15 years.Love the way it looks on my deck but man it was hard to put the chairs together!Very nice quality. Came with a few dings and scratches even though it was packed nicely. Not too worried about. The chairs were such a pai. To put together. Took me hours but it was worth it. Love the slight bounce and looksLove it, great outdoor furniture and the material is good. Came Separate but fast.
