I’ll start off with the chairs and table. Everything was super easy to assemble. The chairs have a good range of movement, no worries about tipping over backwards. The cushions are soft and comfortable. I’d recommend letting the vacuum sealed seat cushions sit out and fully expand for several hours before you try to use them. You’ll be much happier with the result.As for customer service, I can’t say enough good things. We had an issue with delivery and through no fault of the merchant, our package was delivered to the wrong address and the shipper didn’t help one bit (Thanks FedEx). But the merchant was super helpful by providing the delivery pictures and sent a new set extremely quickly.
