I have had this just a little over 1 month and it is tearing in several spots. It is out on our deck to protect a toddlers sand table from getting wet during the rain. I just noticed it is tearing and we have not used the table since putting it on. It does not stand up very well to sun & heat at all.Purchased in late December, now it’s peeling and flaking in May after being exposed to a California winter of light rain and sun. Definitely not heavy duty.The cover fit perfectly as the dimensions were listed correctly. Its just what I needed for protection from the Winter's elements.
