Unlike most furniture bought online this one came in pretty good shape and with no defects. It’s exactly as pictured, good looking and quite comfy. A downside is the seat cushions slide off easily (a couch gripper I bought helped a bit).Also…If very windy the back cushions fly away. It would be nice to have some grip system in place to hold both seat and back cushions. So far not many sellers offer that and they should.It took my husband about 5 hours to put it together. Yet to see how it holds with time. It’s pretty light weight so it moves easy as well.Overall, however, it’s a good purchase for the price so I’d recommend.Ps. Make sure you measure your space!!!We really like our new set. It took a while to assemble it. The directions were clear and the tool made it faster and simpler. The glass top arrived broken. But, they replaced it quickly and without any hassles.One of the chairs broke after about 5 uses and I presume defective and I have attempted to have it replaced. UPDATED, superb customer service and they responded very quickly and took care of it ASAP.This set is a very nice set for the money. It's sturdy, comfortable, and fits well with our décor. We use it just about every day. (It's been cool these past few days so we stay indoors.)It's delivered in 4 boxes. For our delivery, we received 2 shipments 3 days apart. I recommend that you wait until the entire shipment arrives before you begin any assembly.There is assembly. Every panel must be put together. A ratchet wrench with bit is provided, but if you have a small power driver it will make the job easier. The main drawback is there were 2 holes that did not line up but I did not have any issue, yet.When I read previous reviews, I should have paid more attention to people saying the furniture is small. It’s comfortable but small. Wasn’t to difficult to put together but better when we got rid of the Allen wrench and used an electric bit. I wanted something for an indoor patio room and this will be good for that. It’s attractiveWe are so pleased with this furniture. It was not too terrible to put together, it is extremely comfortable, and it’s easy to configure in many different ways. Our deck has become a second living space with this furniture. This company is very responsive. Ours was delivered in 4 boxes. We received 3 of the 4 on Saturday and emailed the company concerned about the missing box. They tracked the box and responded on a Saturday within a couple hours of me messaging them and updated us with a new tracking number. Fed ex had overpacked their tricks and just couldn’t get it on the truck, it ended up being delivered on that Monday. Very pleased with the furniture and the company. We will order from them again.Overall, it’s a very nice set for the price. You cannot find anything on the Internet for this price. It is comfortable and is very sturdy. The cushions are actually nice and the set is not too big and not too small. It is just perfect for a group of 4-5 people. I recommend it for the value that it has for the price. It also looks very nice. The only drawback was the assembly, you must set aside at least 2-3 hours if you are by yourself. The small Allen wrench is horrible to tighten all of those bolts. I used a small power tool.We spent along rime looking for patio furniture and it all seemed way to expensive. We found this and took a chance on it. The furniture arrived much earlier than expected and it was very easy to assemble. The pieces are all labeled with solid brackets for the screws to screw into. If you install ALL the screws loosely first and then tighten them down afterwards, you won’t have any trouble lining up all the pieces. Since there are 7 pieces of furniture to put together it did take a couple of hours to do, but it was well worth it. The furniture is beautiful and well made.
