The set itself is really cute and looks great. Assembly was a little annoying. My major issue with this set is the quality of the cushions. They are comfortable enough. However, the cushions inside the cover are TERRIBLE QUALITY. I removed the cushion covers to wash them, and the cushions inside have essentially fallen apart and are near impossible to get back in the covers. They are covered and held together by this cheap thin mesh material that literally disintegrated as soon as I removed the covers. So the foam and the cotton inside can’t stay together.The best way I’ve figured to clean the covers is by leaving them on and cleaning with a power washer, if you have means or a hose to use one. Removing the covers is too much hassle.Love the sectional only thing is I wish it had a way to attach the sections togetherWe had ordered another set from another company but had to return it. I am so glad we did this is the perfect set. It is comfortable and looks amazing. We did zip tie them together which helps them to not move around.For the money, these do the job. It took me a minute to understand the color coating of the wrap that’s on the individual pieces as the instructions do say anything about the blue tape or white tape that in some of them. Like another person wrote, there nothing connecting these pieces together so I used a bunk of zip ties in the front and the back. I’m not complaining as a quality set you’ll be over $2800 easy. If u don’t mind putting on zip ties and messing with the instructions, then this is a good buy. It’s comfortable and the cushions are not too bad. We do not feel the metal fram below when sitting on them.These are very comfortable and the construction seems solid. The cushions are about an inch thicker than most of the other patio furniture we looked as and it really makes a difference. We've had a little bit of rain and snow since putting them together and it mostly just rolls off the cushions. Definitely a great value for the money.As others have said, the assembly is a bit confusing. The square parts for the seats are different sizes for the corner chair vs the center chairs and they are not labeled. The corner ones are largest, the armless (center) chairs are medium, and the ottoman is smallest. Also, do not tighten the bolts from the square seat part that go into the frame until all of the bolts are started or the holes will not line up. Other than that it is not hard to assemble, just tedious. It took two of us a little over an hour to put everything together.Absolutely gorgeous set. Yes, putting it together took a solid few hours and we had to use process of elimination to figure out which part was which but we got it done and are thrilled. I am 5'0 and my husband is 6'4 so both sides of the height spectrum are happy sitting and laying down on this set. The cushions are nice and thick which is excellent as other sets they're usually much thinner. One cushion arrived damaged and the company responded immediately saying they would send a replacement. The only thing I dont love is that the seats are plastic lattice rather than metal and I am starting to see that it will sag where someone sits who weighs more (doesn't sag when 100lb me sits anywhere. Does when 180lb husband sits). I probably will need to replace them eventually but so far I am thrilled with the value of this set and quality.Set looks great and seems pretty sturdy and well made but the instructions are awful. Didn’t take to long to figure out thoughI purchased the patio set, however I was missing a piece. They took 3 weeks to send me the piece , and unfortunately, they delivered the incorrect piece, mind I submitted a picture of the piece I was missing I order early February and it's now late March; from Easter.
