The chairs arrived and I assembled them according to the directions. One of the chairs swivel did not operate very well. It was very dight and difficult to turn (my wife in fact could not make it turn) I emailed the customer service as listed on the directions sheet. They responded right away and asked me to describe the parts in question and send photos which I did.I then received an email saying they could not help me with this and I needed to go through Amazon.These are great chairs. They swivel AND rock, and will hold up to 300 lbs. Very well made, especially the bar that runs underneath the front of the seatback of your legs. It is set back far enough so it doesn't cut into the backs of your legs. Good design. Lots of similar chairs priced much higher.I like the product, meets our needs.Finished product is very good. Assembly was difficult because some parts did not align well. One bolt had poor thread which I had to file so it would attach as instructed.My family loves these chairs.The only complaint is I needed an extra set of hands to complete the last 2 steps of assemblyI like the price and I love the table once assembled. However I do not like the markings and scratches (see pictures) on the top of the table. These were very hard to see until the table top was assembled and out of the box. And they do NOT come off.Regardless of price, this is NOT a condition nor quality that a product should be delivered to a customer. I do not have the ability nor time to take the table apart and return but would like a credit to my Amazon account for future products I plan to buy.On our patio for ease in and out and comfortable. Very stylish.
