Shipment came on 2 different days. I notified the seller and they responded quickly with tracking numbers for the last 2 boxes, which came a couple days later. My husband and daughter put it together with little to no complaints. I ordered new Fall covers for the small lumbar pillows that came with it. It looks great, seems sturdy, great purchase for the price!This furniture set is amazing!! It is very comfortable and well made. It will take you a few hours to assemble, but the pieces easily match up to the associated screw holes.Also the cushions are very thick and sturdy. They are hard to get into the covers, but if you fold the cushions in half, then insert them in the covers it works well. This is still a challenge but once on the covers fit nice and snug.We could not be happier with this set, it is well worth the money and easily hundreds less than the big box store prices.Great value for the money.Like many have written, we are missing a box which I am assuming has the furniture covers for the entire unit plus the covers for the cushions plus a couple more of the cushions. Took me about 2 hours alone to put together but once you get one done the rest are follow the bouncing ball. Part of the Plastic (resin) strapping is already coming undone as the staple used for it wasn't fastened tight enough. Would like to see my other box/s so I can finish this up. Thank you!Love the quality of the set! Easy and organized directions! 4 separate boxes arrived including a box of linens for the cushions. Seat cushions come air sealed but immediately fluffed to full size. Only downfall was the difficulty I had putting the seat cushions in the linen cases. I’m so excited with this set.I have waited to write this review and happy to write it now, I really do like my purchase and feel it was worth the money spent. I had a couple 'hiccups' in the process, but note that they were resolved quickly by the seller.One- there were 2 boxes that did not arrive at the same time as the other boxes in the first shipment. I contacted the seller and they were prompt in response and kept me up to date on what was happening. The 2 delayed boxes arrived 2 weeks later.Second- Once we received all of the boxes, I opened and organized the pieces on the floor, there was a flaw on one of the fabric covers and a missing pillow. Again, I contacted the seller and told them the issue and it was resolved quickly.Note: be prepared to take your time when you decide to assemble many pieces and parts together. There are 2 sets of directions and it can get confusing. Lay out all the pieces and parts according to your first set of directions and the second set of directions into organized piles. I highly suggest to separate the nuts, bolts, screws and the "lettered pieces" into the pile that is specific to each page of the directions. It makes life a lot easier! Have a glass of wine when finished and enjoy!I bought this for my pool deck and just got it put together after having all the boxes for months. It came in several shipments. Nothing was missing and I'm a 52 year old female who put it all together. Don't tighten the screws until you have all of them in there spots and you won't have problems with alignment. Fairly easy and I did use my drill carefully to tighten them up. Comfortable and high quality. Very sturdy. Would recommend this purchase.
