I just received my patio set and it came with three broken armrests and two other broken piecesI only had one complaint a part was damaged part # A related this back to the co but have received no response about it so far. The part must have gotten damaged in shipment and we didn't see till the end of putting togethertook a few hour to put together only to find out a part was damaged had to take the whole thing apart which my husband was not happy about. the worst part is trying to stuff it all back in the box what a joke. besides that it was cheap looking and very hard uncomfortable plastic... get what you pay for i ended up spending way more and got TK CLASSICS MIAMI SET beautiful!!!Disliked assembling and fedex delivery. Next time use upsReceived this item and there were a bunch of broken pieces in the box. Cheap quality and doesn’t look anything like the picture. Sending this back ASAP and ordering a better set. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYMultiple pieces were broken or cracked. When I requested a return label, I am responsible for paying shipping on an item that was damaged!!
