Hunted for a set that would rock, swivel, be wider for thicker people, and not break the bank.This one matched our patio couch and chairs pretty closely so we decided to give it a shot.It came pretty quickly considering. I didn’t think I’d actually get this as there was one review and the big roof store looked new/fake. Shipping was expensive and not eligible for prime. But I had a coupon that essentially covered the shipping.Came in FIVE boxes. But the seller store emailed me telling me as such and provided a shipping tracking number for each of the five boxes. They were all delivered together. The first 2 bases of the chair came in one box and the first 2 backs and arms and cushions came in another. The second two chairs were packaged the same. The table came In a flat square box.The directions are crap. There is no English or words. Just photos for generic assembly. Again the directions are not specific for just this set so you have to wing it. If you aren’t handy you will end up taking these apart and reassembling them to get them right. They also don’t tell you which way to attach the seat to the vase clearly. So it’s trial and error. You also have to tighten the screws evening each time. So a little bit on the left then a little on the right and then back to left and so in until finally tight. The chairs must have the screws put in very tight to have them be not crooked, taller or shorter than one another, or with large spaces between the parts. All that being said however once together properly and tightened they rock nicely, spin smoothly and it’s extremely comfortable. They feel solid and safe. If you sit in it and it doesn’t feel solid you haven’t tightened the screws enough. Go back and go slow and tighten some more. The cushions aren’t super thick. Like 2-2.5 inches but they feel good and your butt won’t be numb after a long game of cards or socializing on the deck.I have yet to see if the table gets Scorching hot from the sun but I did buy their solar umbrella so that should help if it does.The foot print isn’t huge and the bases are sturdy so it should fit on a smaller deck fine no issues. However if you have a large one this will not look undersized.The individual chairs and tables are not heavy and you can move them with one person fairly easy.I gave four stars because the directions are absolute crap. I also gave four stars because the assembly is A but laborious and tedious. But with patience and some dedication it’s not awful and the quality while the materials are lighter seems good so I didn’t bump it down to three stars.Long story short? I’d buy this set again. We are very happy with it and I hope it doesn’t rust and maintains it’s nice esthetic for a few years at least.The customer service also seems positive as they were very communicative. All in all a good experience.
