Dont do many reviews but I have to for these guys. This turned out to be a great product for the purchase price. After a little mix up at the warehouse these guys did get right on it and solved the issue right away.Even with me being a bit of a snit out of frustration and impatience.Look great, work great and the guys did a great job straightening everything out.I used this set on my front porch, the first chair was a little hard to assemble, the rest were easy, love the set.Wonderful chair set and table! Very nice quality, went together easily, attractive and sturdy! Also comes with two throw pillows and outdoor covers. Arrived quickly and with great customer service! We purchased the "Beige" color, which is actually a nice, light , creamy color and the throw pillows are a contrasting soft, gray corduroy. Looks great in the guestroom of our new home. Very pleased!Did not come with all necessary bolts. Maybe they fell out of the packaging?? And there were only two protective covers included for three items. Everything else about these we love and have used consistently with no issues. The seats and cushions are comfy and thick, easy to clean. The set was fairly easy to assemble.Beautiful and comfortable! I have received so many compliments. May only complaint is I wanted all blue and I got blue and off white. When I complained I got more off white instead if blue.The set arrived earlier then we expected.. it came came in 3 seperate packages. The assembly was a breeze, no problems at all. It is a well made, sturdy set. The cushions were not skimped on…they are well made and a beautiful cranberry red with cream trim. We are more then pleased with this purchase!I looked around locally and was despondent about quality and high! prices. This looked great, and I ordered it. This was shipped quickly by the seller, but one box lingered in FEDEX never never land for a few days. All arrived in good condition, and when unboxed made a great impression just in the packaging, and although I had read some had trouble putting it together it went together in 15 minutes per chair and love seat. (Follow the instructions!). It is simply lovely, well built and built to last with steel tubes and fixed welded threaded nuts built in. This is poly ethylene rattan, and beautiful. The tans and browns are just so rich and warm. The cushions are fantastic. The loveseat cushions are a littler thinner for the back cushion than the chairs, but the seat cushions are so comfortable!. The table is solid also lovely and the glass is high quality. Everything about this set just oozes quality. If you need something like this, then this is the one. A superb value and a high quality that looks like it is going to last for a log timeThis set caught my eye and for weeks I was reading reviews as well as looking for something comparable for options. Nothing came close. The lines of the chair...beautiful, the curved arms, roomier seat, higher than most back, big, soft seat and back cushions, Rattan so it can withstand the rain and sun, and the 350# weight limit per chair so I wouldn't have to cringe when my 6'4"- 260 pound hubby would sit on it!! LOLSo my husband said: "You like this one don't you? Then get it!" YAY!! I ordered it on August 15th, got an email the next day that it shipped and it was delivered on August 19th!! Both boxes came on the same day. Good job FedEx!This set was even more beautiful in person than online. Set up did take a while, but I was well aware by the reviews I read to take my time and don't tighten the screws until it was put together. And I was impressed that the seller must have read reviews regarding the screws that are included. Right away I noticed there was a what appeared to be drawstring cords coming out from the inside of the box and taped well to the outside. When opening there was a very nice thick opaque plastic bag with the screws neatly ziplocked in individual bags according to size....per piece of furniture! And instructions included as well! There was a dust cover included so I put it into that nice drawstring bag. It fit perfectly.I couldn't wait to get it out on my front porch and have my coffee! It is so sturdy. It feels so good sitting in it too...very comfy. The arms of the chairs are so smooth and have a very comfortable feel. Perfect in every way! I love this Rattan Set so much! I'm glad I took the chance by buying it "sight unseen" so to speak. I would definitely buy this again if I had to for some reason. Don't hesitate...GET IT!!!The only "Con" I have is that the shipping cost is $70. But if you look at it as being built into the price, It's still a great deal. Thankfully for me I had half of that in Amazon reward points that I could use toward the purchase price. Made it much more welcoming on my end. Even so, I still view it as a Win-Win!
