Received first box delivery. Bunch of parts and some cushions. Confused to what everything was. Two days later received the second box with more parts and instruction sheet. They should have paperwork in both boxes explaining that there are two boxes to the order. With no instructions or notes in first box I was worried that I had to figure it all out and had missing pieces. On to the assembly. Not hard to do, but it felt like a thousand bolts and screws to fasten with the tools they give you, and my fingers were raw at the end. I highly recommend using a screw gun with the hex bit to save your fingers. Once set up, it looks great, seems to be of good quality, and most important, my wife loves it. We bring the cushions inside when not in use so they don't get wet. For my opinion, its a little short and uncomfortable as I am tall. I still sit in our old rocker chair. The ability to reconfigure the arrangement is nice. The table and ottoman are a nice feature.The photo was just after someone finished putting it together so we haven't made it look nice yet. We hired someone to put it together and it took him hours. It is low to the ground and the back is also low.Received in 2 boxes-large cushions were vacuumed sealed and 2 didn’t fully fluff up. Overall I’m happy-it’s a nice little sofa set perfect for our back patio. It is low to the ground so if your tall it may not be ideal. We used the coffee table as a plant stand. Some screws were missing so a trip to the hardware store fixed that as the husband didn’t want to wait for the seller to send them. One pillow was not sewn properly on the edge and burst out the whole side and had to fix.I’m happy-we are enjoying the evenings lounging after a few little setbacks.Some of the parts seemed cheap, or improperly constructed which made putting it together hard but the cushions and the couch itself is comfortableIt's nice, a little too light so easily slides around. Seems a little smaller to the eye than in the pictures.Customer service was great! This is absolutely perfect for my little side yard in my town house! Would highly recommend this seller! Super communicative and responsive to my requests! Love the convertible options!! ❤️Overall it is a nice small set. The seating is a little low but other then that I really like it. I had a small space at it is the prefect fit. Get ready for a lot of assembling!Great piece! I love all of the options and the color is bright. Hoping no significant fading will happen in the future.
