This is a very nice set. Stylish and easy to assemble. However, there is no way 8 normal sized humans will fit comfortably at the square table version or the rectangular table. You must straddle the legs in order to actually fit . Also, if you don't cover this table and the sun is out DO NOT TOUCH THE TABLE. It gets extremely hot. I contacted the seller to inform them that there is no way the tables are long enough to fit the stated number of people or chairs. They are very responsive and helpful in coming up with an alternative.The tabletop is not pretty! Unlike the photo with white/grey driftwood like stripes, mine arrived with orange stripes, just weird. Too much trouble to return, so I will be keeping it covered with a tablecloth.Easy to assemble, nice chairs, nice size.My beautiful baby golden retriever managed to ruin a gorgeous wood and stone dining set! So metal outdoor furniture it is for now! I was skeptical but after reading the reviews, I took the plunge and bought this outdoor set as my indoor dining! It looks great (my house is coastal colors and theme anyway so it fits). Sturdy, handsome, and practical (she isn’t sinking her teeth into the metal).This set is very much as described and pictured. Very beautiful. One of the tables did come damaged. Purple Leaf remedied the issue fast and replaced the table. Highly recommendIt’s a very nice set. It did come damage a little bit, the main problem is that the Formica top dose not clean nice. it’s always looks like it has fingerprints . can’t get it fully cleanChairs are very comfortable and the consumer service was very responsive when we exposed an issue on the table.I just love my table and chairs! They are perfect. We also had a snafu in shipping, and they straightened it out right away. This is a company you can trust with quality, elegant products.We bought this set after I looked for many.The quality is good. I have to say that the customer service is great. We had a problem with a defect on the table because of the delievery. The customer service was so responsive and help us until we agree on a great solution that make us happy. They were really kind, patient and give us great compensation.Also, it is strong and went well on many raining days.We are happy with this set.
