I ordered this furniture for my newly constructed Gazebo. The chairs went together easily. The sofa back was a bit bent so that presented a challange. The ottoman assembly was a different story. No hardware was included in the box. I did get a response when I emailed the company and they offered to send me the bolts or $20 to buy them myself. I opted for them to send me the correct bolts. I took about 10 days to get the bolt package. When I had free time the next weekend I went to put the ottomans together to find out that they only send me enough bolts for 1 ottoman and the set has 2, and due to the way the wicker winds around the metal frame, the bolts were too short. I ended up at the local hardware store, the replacement bolts cost well more than $20. I am satisfied with the set overall considering the price point, but the assembly was difficult and the hardware situation unacceptable. In many ways putting together the 12x16 gazebo was easier and more fun then the few pieces of furniture that now reside inside it.
