To give you a thorough review, I must take you back to the beginning. I bought these on Amazon last year to due to them being prime, guaranteed delivery and to my door as I only had a Prius at the time. They were for a party at my new house that had no seating for our guests. These were going to be perfect! Good color, the style was modern and they were going to arrive the days before so I had time to set them up, I was excited! This excitement faded quickly the day they were to be delivered; a note on the door from UPS stating they were not delivered due to a required signature, which I was not notified of this and have never had to sign for any Amazon purchase, never before and not to this day. I then spend the rest of my evening after UPS tells me that they can’t attempt another delivery to my house until a date after the party, the whole shipment had not arrived, they had no tracking details on the rest of the set, and making multiple trips to get what was delivered, to my house. Oh well at least I had something right? Nope! As I started putting them together and on the second chair, I then realized half of the chairs had the wrong color cushion covers(red). Now past midnight, the night before the party, frustrated, I threw in the towel; not all of the chairs were here and what I had was wrong. My wife and I laughed it off as I thought to myself, the company that I bought these from will make it right... right!?After contacting Amazon and subsequently the seller that I bought the set from to get replacement cushion covers, the seller didn’t believe me and made it extremely difficult to get the replacements. They were adamant I wasn’t being truthful and only after finally being able to talk to someone directly on the phone I had a replacement set that next week. This took a whole month to resolve after purchasing the set. What a pain and I thought I was at the end of my disgust... I was wrong!Let’s fast forward to today... just over a year of owning this “outdoor” patio set when the weight of the disgust and frustration was lifted from my shoulders and my heart was filled with child like joy as they were being loading in to someone else’s truck and driving off in to the sunset after being listed and to be picked up for FREE. The furniture had started falling apart, on its own. They were kept under a covered patio and only got partial sunlight in the evenings. The cushion covers are fading and it’s complete junk. How could this product even be marketed as patio furniture?! Seriously, if you watch it long enough, the “wicker” weaves with snap right in front of your eyes. See the photos, they will tell you the rest of the story.TL;DRIt Trash - DO NOT, for the love of all that is good in the world, buy these for any reason!!. Complete junk.Having to pay this much for a trash feels completely unfair and I I feel ripped off; don’t make my mistake!!!This is wrong... DO NOT BUY even if it's on sale. This is awful!For the most part we enjoy our patio set… Had a few issues with some cracking in the rattan but this company has top-notch customer service… Very easy to work with. I’ve had mine for a little over a year but took very good care of it bringing it in in the cold months and covering it when it was out on the patio… They not only responded very quickly to my emails but they also sent me the two pieces I needed that were cracking and I had those within a couple days of our messages. I love a company that will stand behind their product and this company does just that.Looks great, but came with no cushion covers. I messaged them to get them to send me the covers and they just told me to check the boxes again. Which makes no sense as we have already assembled which is how I discovered It not having covers. Will continue to try to get in touch with them. As of right now it’s a useless $900 spent. Hopefully they will send the covers.I purchased this set for my 16ft x 10ft screened in porch after much research on several different outdoor sets. This sits higher than alot of the other sets that cost more. It is very easy to put together. Instructions were easy to understand and took me about 2 hours to set it all up. The cushions are firm and hold their shape well. ( could be more comfortable) but overall I am happy with the comfort of this set. I purchased an extra cushion to put on the table so everyone sitting on the couch could stretch out. We comfortably sit 4 Adults on this set and the set is very well made. All in all I am Happy with this purchase and recommended this set over alot of the more expensive sets. Then only things I would change about this set would be to increase the width and depth of the chairs and have something on the cushions to attach them to the chairs so they stay in place. They tend to slide around. I added velcro to the cushions to keep them in place.I shopped for months to find the right style, quality, and pricing for my new outdoor furniture. I finally found this set and absolutely love it. The cushions are thick, deep, and have zippered covers that can be removed and washed. The style of the wicker is more modern and contemporary, which is exactly what I was looking for. This set can rearranged in a number of configurations to work in your space. The silver feet on the bottom really give the furniture a finished look.WORST COUCH EVER!!!!!! Buyer beware. The seller is very difficult as well. The cushions that came with this couch are unbelievably uncomfortable and hard. Not like the reviews said it which I’m now thinking those are fake reviews. It seems like they’ve had a problem with the cushions and now they are “improved “but this is not the case. I reached out to the seller two times requesting a credit for the cushions as they were not advertise correctly and nothing. To buy new cushions for this couch is going to be over $400. The box was missing parts and took me three hours to put together and then when we had the finished products to sit down in the cushions in them to be so uncomfortable it was extremely disappointing. We went to Home Depot to get the parts because we wanted to get the couch put together and not be all over the garage floor. It comes with 2 additional accent pillows which was a nice surprise. The back support pillows aren't great at staying up, so we put a little velcro strip on each and that works great.
