This cover lasted only one season! I had it covering my patio sectional outside, Chicago weather, so rain, snow, sun, and it was fine for one full year. I uncovered my furniture this year to find multiple tears in fabric. The inside of the cover has protective film that started breaking in multiple areas so I imagine it was not waterproof anymore. If this was used in area without being exposed to all kinds of wether it would have worked fine. Disappointed now and I need to buy another one.
