Chairs are incredibly difficult to put together and my box was missing hardware. In attempting to work with customer service I’ve gotten nowhere in getting missing hardware or a replacement leg for a section where one bolt would not go in. The furniture itself is lovely, but it’s a pain to put together and frankly customer service has been no help in getting two missing bolts. I’ve ended up having to purchase replacement bolts and hope they work. The table itself is good quality and much easier to put together. I’m more frustrated with customer service and that they are unable to address issues for a product they sell.Update: in trying to work with company I was offered a replacement chair, but only if I paid an additional $50 to receive a second chair because they only package them in groups of two. To get a replacement leg, I’ve been told it will take 1-3 months to have the warehouse produce a new leg instead of just replacing it.Takes to long to put togetherThis table looks nice and is comfortable to sit at. It looks to be pretty much maintenance free.I really like this patio set. It’s comfortable and seems pretty sturdy. The table looks great, I’m curious to see how it holds up over time.This is a nice table that was easy to assemble. It's attractive with the wood like top. Love this outdoor table set. Very well made.
