I really like the quality of this set. The fabric is very easy to keep clean - easier than more expensive sets I have. However, the back is much lower than my other sets, but still comfortable. It was TEDIOUS to put together. Having an electric drill really helps.....a lot! Saved hours of time. But it still took several hours.The problem was in receiving the boxes. Three boxes came right away - YAY! Much sooner than anticipated. The tracking on the fourth box showed that Fedex had received the label.....for two weeks. Nothing else. I finally emailed the company. They said they would look into it. Nothing for another week. I emailed again. They apologized and said they would give me a $20 credit, which I never received, but the box did ship out and I received the last box a week later, weeks after the first three boxes. My first three boxes shipped from CA and the last one from New Jersey. I live in WA.It looks great around our huge outdoor fireplace and everyone seems to like it. I like the adjustable feet, since I have it on a flagstone patio.Shipping took a looong time and came at different times but very happy with the purchase. Sellers always responsive and accommodating.Easy to assemble. As others have mentioned, best to buy the hex bit for your cordless screwdriver to save time. Looks great and seems like high quality material. Only downside is that I wish the top and bottom cushions connected. Worry about them blowing around.Chairs are comfortable. However, the wicker is already breaking off within a month. Have to see how it will survive the winter in north east.Beautiful set. Sturdy and good quality. Takes a few hours to put together, alot of screws. But it's worth it.Love the furniture set. It is great for outdoor living.Got what I saw!!! Met expectations.
