I love these stools, bought two. I didn't assemble them, my son did so I can't speak to how easy they were to assemble, although he said I would have had a hard time. What I will say is that the stools are exactly what I was looking for, very comfortable and perfect for my application. I had an open porch added to and enclosed so I wanted a table & stools so I could enjoy eating in the porch while I watched the birds at my feeder. These stools work perfectly.I would not buy these again! Although they are outdoor furniture, the seats hold water and takes a while to dry enough to use, not just from rain but dew that settles on them over night. Also, water collects in the frame. When tilted to “drain” the water is rusty. Now I have rust stains I have to clean constantly. Very frustrating.These swivel chairs are really great! Although it took some time to assemble, it was absolutely worth the effort. They are sturdy, swivel 360° silently and with ease. They’re attractive and classic looking, we’ve gotten a lot of compliments. They are also easy to clear, just dust them or hose them off outside and they dry fast!Very comfortable and great bar stool overallWas just a little hard putting them together but got it done and really like the chairs.Good for the priceThis was absolutely perfect for my small balcony! The directions were a little confusing on the swivel (there are only illustrations) but definitely enjoy my time sitting on the porch in them!These were hardly used and I noticed ball bearings all over my deck. The swivel plates are not tight enough and the bearings fall out. Now the chair is wobbly and will eventually break. I would look for something different. UPDATE: Amazon wouldn't stand behind their claim of support for defective items. The seller contacted me and said he would send me a free chair if I removed negative comment. He said trust him. He didn't respond to my first three inquiries until I put in a negative review. Not trustworthy. Buy these chairs if you want ball bearings rolling around on your patio.
