The set looks nice, the wood is very pretty- but the cushions are absolute junk!!! The back cushions are so soft and saggy and you touch the wood when you lean back. The bottom cushions are hard as rocks. I am going to have to replace all of them. This item went from a good deal to real expensive- very quickly.I wish I could give negative stars. The product WAS NOT as described. This set is only 11 inches tall (NOT the stated 13) and the cushions are only 1.5 inches thick (NOT the stated 3.5). I rated the seller 1 star and she would not issue me a refund until I deleted the 1 star rating. I ordered this on July 7 and finally got my refund, minus shipping both ways, on September 25. The most miserable experience of anything I have ever purchased...Amazon or anywhere else. DO NOT buy this set or anything from this seller. I cannot believe Amazon will do business with her.It was easy to put together and very well labeled. I think it’s a great value for money the back cushions are not super comfy but that could be fixed with more filling or more pillows.The sectional arrived broken. Part of the frame was snapped in half straight out of the box. Not a clean snap, either; looked to be rotted materials and/or shoddy construction. I’ve reached out to the seller several times asking for a replacement part but have received no response. Terrible quality and service given the price point AND the $150 shipping charge. Do not buy.Beige is NOT beige it’s off white. Cushion covers do not come clean when washed and zipper broke trying to put back on. inside covers were all ripped. Cushion back pillows are like cheap soft pillows and need extra added. Having to modify and fix these isn’t worth the $800+The set itself is fine, but I haven’t received half of it after waiting a month!! Still waiting and it’s absolutely impossible to get in touch with seller. As well you can’t return it because the buyer has to pay for return shipping which is over $300!!SUPER ANNOYING!!!!The Seller never responded to multiple requests for the cushion covers. I only received the bright white cushion inserts. Back cushions were also thin and flimsy.Um how is anyone not mentioning how ridiculously short this is. Was purchased as a gift for. Yeah it’s cheap stuff but that’s what you pay for it was like $700 for a sectional.champagne taste on a beer budget. But This is clearly made for tiny Asian people. Kind of like when you order off wish. I’m saying this as someone who stands 5’2”.
