Giving this set a 4 due to decent customer service when I had an issue. In general, this set is not worth the money. The padded chairs are amazingly comfortable, and require zero assembly....but when they get wet from rain they hold water for days despite sitting in the sun to dry. We had to buy a cover to keep the set dry, which is ridiculous for a basic outdoor patio set. The chairs collapse/fold, which is great for storage, but they attempt to fold when just being moved, there is no locking feature. After receiving a walmart-quality dented and scratched table, I was offered a 10% refund to keep the table (around $130). After 3 emails they finally agreed to send me a new table. That resolution took a lot of back and forth, which felt like arguing, when I provided images of the multiple issues up front. They even sent me a video advising to DIY fixing the table with a rubber mallot. Overall, they made it right but it was pretty stressful and the new table still had an imperfection, which is a sharp/rough spot in the paint. There also appears to be a couple versions of the table, based on reviews and the product gallery, so it's a gamble which version you'll end up with.The "easy to assemble" information didn't tell the whole truth. It would have been easy to assemble if two people were doing the assembly. I did manage to get it together and functioning properly. The chairs came assembled for which I am grateful. I am doubtful that the reclining slides on each of the chairs will hold up for very long. I've had the set for about two weeks and the "stops" on the reclining mechanism for two of the chairs is already beginning to slip and not holding the chair back in place. I don't use the reclining feature on the chairs because there is no corresponding rising footrest to provide back support.It's quite easy to assemble and looks nice, but it has two GLARING issues.First, as the pictures show, the table sags quite a bit. You can see in the photo, it sags about 1/2" between the short sides. That's crazy. It's enough that you can see the liquid in your drink slanted, but it's not enough to affect the stability of the drink, which is good at least.Second, the chairs, while quite sturdy, are very finicky with the recline feature. Just a slight lift up on the armrests when trying to scoot the chair back and you'll end up just reclining it and possibly falling backwards.I wouldn't recommend, even for the low price.EDIT 8-1-22:: I upgraded to 4-stars because I reached out to Purple about the table sagging and they went above and beyond and sent me a new table. That was very kind.I only went to 4-stars because the new table was different than the table we ordered and, in our opinion, not as good of a table. We originally had the rectangular 74" long table with just (4) legs at the corners and nothing underneath. Our replacement table was a 64" long rectangular table that had a more "traditional" support system with tons of crap under the table to bang your knees on.That being said, now I have (2) tables that I'm moderately satisfied with.The customer service was top notch though - they were super responsive.This is exactly as advertised. The shipping was faster then expected. And I had no need to call and check on anything . They kept me up to date the entire time. So Overall I am completely satisfied. And give my recommendation to anyone else who's interested in this product, or in doing business with purple leaf.This chair is the perfect height for lounging. Comfy. It reclines and feels very sturdy and substantial.The table was very easy for one person to assemble, and I completed it in about an hour. The chairs are very comfortable and the seating material seems easy to clean.I did have an issue with the arm rests on five of the chairs arriving scratched. However, Purple Leaf was very responsive and courteous enough to send me replacement chairs at no extra cost. Top-notch customer service!Chairs are ready to go right out of the box. The material doesn't hold the water when it rains and is very comfortable. Plus, they have four adjustable settings. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is the jury's still out on their sturdiness. I'm 6'3 235 and I can feel a little give. It may be nothing.Beautiful and Great Table! Chairs and table are perfect! Seats 8 comfortably! I am very happy!
