We love our outdoor chair set. We had an issue with one back about two months after purchase. I reached out to company and received excellent customer support. They communicated with me and got pictures of the issue. Then they immediately sent us a replacement part. We are very pleased with the outcome.I love this set. Bought 2 for our gazebo. The only issue is the thickness of the cushions. They are not comfortable as are very thin. The cushions pictured are not what came with the set. They are red and look very nice but like an inch thin! However I expected that because of the price of the set. I already knew I'd be upgrading my cushion.This fits my needs perfectly, it fits on my balcony and looks like it’s built to last (although I highly recommend you buy a cover for it while the seats are not in use to prevent mold or rust)Only had one small issue during the assembly process and the customer service team resolved the issue quickly. Thanks! Highly recommend if you’re looking for patio furniture on a budgetWe were delighted that the two boxes were delivered earlier than promised. One on Monday and the second box on Tuesday. Packing was excellent and an instructional pamphlet and allen wrench (tool) were included. Took two hours to assemble but would have been much faster if we had the right size hex bit for our drill. Cushions covers have zippers and seem to have a waterproof finish. All structural parts function correctly and the sturdy materials promise to wear well. We feel it is an excellent addition to our porch for a very reasonable cost.Very nice set. Exactly what we had been looking for on our patio. Easily assembled. Allen key included but will make it a little time consuming, ratchet set makes quicker work. Fast forward 1 week after assembly and 1 back adjuster broke. I contacted the company and they sent a new "Box B" after providing pictures of the issue. Fast and easy. New chair repaired. Only issue, they send you a whole box so now I have multiple parts to other pieces with no ability to construct anything and was basically told to keep for spares or throw away. And they refuse to sell other box to complete a set. Mind you, I was not looking for all those extras, just a replacement for the chair back.I’ve been looking for patio furniture to place on my small decks off of two second story bedrooms. It took about 75 minutes to put them together by myself with a good instruction booklet. I spilt them between both decks (after spray painting them brown to match the patio furniture I have on the lower level); they both have several ratcheted positions and are very compact when it’s time to store them. I did put a separate tray next to the second chair as it only comes with one glass-topped middle side table. I couldn’t be happier with this set for the money, functionality, size and look!!!This small set fits perfectly on my 6x6 balcony. I love that the foot rests are storage boxes and everything is so compact. It is great quality for a great priceI love that they’re easy to as assemble it took my husband little over an hour to put together. It is light weight and that suits my taste because I expect to move these around depending on the suns position to get some good tan lines this summer. The back is super easy to adjust, which I was nervous about but No issues at all. Only reason I would not give this five star is my big fat friend Corrie tends to come over and I’m afraid if he sits on it he’ll break it , so he’s banned from even thinking about it , other than that they’re perfect for me and my tiny man.
